Return Policy

Claims and returns.

All products leaving our warehouse are examined before sent to you. If the product still should appear damaged or have any other failure by receipt, please contact us immediately on kundeservice@academie.no, and within the limit of two months after you discovered the failure or should have discovered this.

We will naturally send you a new article as subsitute if so.

If you prefer to send back your purchased product, please read the information in the
returndocument or contact us on kundeservice before you return the product.
You will be charged the cost of return, and we are not responsable for parcel in return from clients.
As a client you have a right to return the products within two weeks from the day you receive the parcel. The right to return the products are only valid if you return products in the same quality and amount that you received.
The sealing must be intact and not removed partly or completely.
This means that you cannot use the product, Please keep the original packaging, and if the original packaging is a part of the product ,you will not have any right to return if it is broken.

You will receive  a label to use for return by contacting us at 9701 0797 or by sending an email to kundeservice@academie.no.
Refund within 2 weeks after receipt of an approved returnproduct in Bring warehouse.
Please note that we are not liable for damages og loss of return parcels from clients.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION !!

Best before date.

All our products are market with a symbol with an open lid, and with text describing the expected best before time -expressed in 6, 12 or 24 months.

In that way, you can see how long you can expect top quality after seal is broken.

This is only an indication, and please bear in mind that the quality could be affected by the influence of direct sunlight, high temperatures or temperatures below 5 degrees celsius.

And, please never use fingers directly on the product – use a clean spoon that normally are delivered with the product.
