Moderating rules

You must be registered as a user of our website to submit reviews.

Submitted reviews must not contain:

• Any physical or email addresses, URLs (except www.academiebeaute.no), phone numbers or any information that would lead to the identification of a person or a brand,
• Comments on a potential medical effectiveness of a product.
  

Every review is read by our moderators and we reserve the right not to publish a review. When your review is validated and published, an extra 0.5 point is added to your Advantage Programme. You will receive an email letting you know whether your review has been published or not.

You can edit your review as long as we have not moderated it. To do so, you just have to log in to your account Académie & Moi, section “My Reviews”. Once your review has been published, you cannot edit it anymore. If you wish to write another review about a product you have already marked, you will have to write a new review, you will not be able to edit the first one.

The moderator can, at any time, delete a review that had been published in the first place.

We remind you that the reviews can only relate to Académie Scientifique de Beauté products. If you wish to comment our prices, our delivery methods or any other topic, please send an email to our Customer Service at kundeservice@academie.no

The reviews published on this discussion forum cannot contain content representing an offence to public order, others’ rights and French law. We ban:

• Comments deemed abusive, racist, anti-Semitic or defamatory
• Comments deemed violent, pornographic or offensive to a person’s integrity
• Identity fraud
• Contents you do not own and/or for which you do not have all necessary rights
• Comments for a personal or political gain, soliciting or proselytism
